Boxing
Hands. Footwork. Conditioning. High-energy boxing focused on proper technique and cardio. Expect to drill, sweat, and work. Coach: Austin Mariscal – 12+ years experience. Bring 14oz or 16oz gloves if you have them. The gym has some available.

Wrestling
Wednesdays are for wrestling. Takedowns. Control. Conditioning. Be ready to drill and be ready to sweat. Bring your water! Coach: Lupe Hudgens – 20+ years experience, pro fighter.

Muay Thai
Striking fundamentals with strict technique and cardio to match. Coach: Jesus Utrero – 60+ professional fights. Gloves and shin guards recommended.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu
Submission wrestling and positional control. No Gi required — this is practical grappling for MMA. Shorts and t-shirt or rash guard. No pockets or zippers.

Kids MMA Program
Tuesday: Ground technique Thursday: Stand-up and striking fundamentals Structured training designed to build discipline, confidence, and real skill. Athletic clothing only. No pockets or zippers.

Kids Elite - Invite Only
For youth athletes preparing to compete at the next level. Higher expectations. Full gear required.

Fight Team (Invite Only)
Advanced training for active competitors. Participation is earned. Live sparring and high-level preparation for sanctioned events.

FIRST RESPONDER COMBAT CARDIO
Conditioning-focused combat cardio training designed for first responders to promote specific tactics used by law enforcement and high level cardio.

Access to all adult classes including MMA, striking, wrestling, and conditioning.
2 Days Per Week – $85/month
Train any two adult classes per week.
1 Day Per Week – $50/month
Train one adult class per week.
